NOTE 1: Her husband Thomas Henshaw is
believed to have emigrated to the American colonies about 1670.
NOTE 2: From the
Woburn
records of marriages in April 1672: "Thomas Henshaw and
Thomas Hall, singlemen of Woburn, being convicted of living from
under family government, are ordered forthwith to submit
themselves to family government as the law directs and to appear
at next Court and bring with them certificate thereof".
NOTE 3: Thomas Henshaw was a soldier in King Philip's
war.
NOTE 3: Many years afterwards he was
wounded in battle with the Indians and died from the effects.
